ABOUT US
During a walk along Armstrong Woods road, on a beautiful sunny morning, Esa and Jen came up with a plan for a new business opportunity, a partnership, a bookkeeping firm with a small office here in downtown Guerneville. They would start their own business together, where they could both use they're professional bookkeeping skills and experience to support small businesses in their own community and all of Sonoma County, while also working with remote clients.

Being both long time, local, Guerneville residents, Esa and Jen began working together ten years ago, respectively as president and treasurer of the local PTO. Together they volunteered and helped the 501c3 nonprofit grow and increase the money raised to help enrich the education for K-8th grade students in their community, while providing accurate and transparent financial information to their fellow board members. They are both honest and dependable professionals who work hard to ensure the best service possible. Together, Esa and Jen have decades of experience and expertise in managing all aspects of full charge bookkeeping for a variety of businesses and organizations.
Jen Cassady
Jen has worked as a bookkeeper for small businesses for the last 15 years. After receiving a bachelors degree from SSU, she decided to start a family and raise her children in beautiful Sonoma County. The need for a flexible schedule led to her career in bookkeeping and interior design. She is thrilled to be working in her community and supporting local businesses. Jen is very detail oriented and enjoys helping people stay organized. She is especially proficient in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and sales tax filings.
Esa Day
Esa has over 20 years bookkeeping experience working with a variety of businesses, in various industries. She began her career in Property/Vacation Rental Management and for the past several years has been working for local CPAs handling all aspects of bookkeeping, payroll, financial statements, and tax preparation. She is an alumnus of San Francisco State University with a degree is Business Finance and a minor in Recreational Resort Management. Her specialty is Real Estate Development, Property Management, and Hospitality. She loves spending time with her family outdoors and volunteering in her community.
